About this tool
This tool makes an image of your handwritten signature. It is not a certificate-based Digital Signature (DSC) like the ones used for GST or tax filing, which need a registered certificate and a token. An image signature is commonly accepted on forms and ordinary documents, but whether it is accepted depends on who asks for it. The downloaded PNG is cropped closely around your signature and has a transparent background, so it sits cleanly on any page. For the photo option, sign with a dark pen on plain white paper in good light.

How do I add the signature to a PDF?
Download the PNG, open the PDF Editor, choose Image and select the signature file. Then drag it into place and resize it.
Can I make my signature from a photo?
Yes. Choose the photo option, upload a picture of your signature on white paper, and move the cleanup slider until the background disappears.
Why a transparent background?
A transparent PNG sits on top of any document without a white box around it.
Is my signature uploaded or stored?
No. It is drawn and saved in your browser only, and nothing is sent to a server.
